Use this form to start an application for Accessible Parking Permits for your organisation.

• your organisation's ABN
• registration numbers of each vehicle requiring a permit
• at least one existing permit (if this is not your first application)
• an Australian mobile number for receiving updates about the application

Please note the following vehicles are not eligible for a permit:

• Buses: a motor vehicle which seats more than 12 adults (including the driver)
• Commercial passenger vehicles: e.g. taxi, limousine service, ride share (UBER, OLA etc)
• Motorbikes
